Sr. GENERAL MANAGER

Donna has over 35 years of experience building client relationships and providing quality service to her customers. She has extensive project management experience along with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa in Business Administration and Accounting.

Donna has been a General Manager with FirstService Residential since 2017. Her expertise helped build the thriving Hillwood community of Pomona in Manvel, TX.

Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Donna spent 20+ years working in Employee Benefits managing multiple teams and call centers handling Retirement Plans and 401(k) Employee Benefits. Donna also worked 6 years with Homeowner Associations and managing contractors. She looks forward to working for the residents of Legacy, helping to enhance and maintain the property.

GENERAL MANAGER

Javier joins Legacy with a strong background in customer service, operations, and community management. Previously serving as Assistant General Manager at Pomona in Manvel, TX, Javier is a detail‑oriented and results‑focused leader known for translating goals into actionable solutions. He is recognized as a collaborative, motivational leader who builds strong teams and delivers results through a people‑first approach.

Since joining FirstService Residential in 2018, Javier has earned multiple Employee of the Month awards, Employee of the Year, and a National Values at Work Award. With experience as both an Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager, he brings extensive knowledge of vendor oversight and amenity maintenance. Javier is excited to bring his experience, leadership, and passion for continuous improvement to serve the residents of Legacy.

Lifestyle Manager

Olivia brings more than five years of experience in event planning and community engagement to her role as Lifestyle Manager at Legacy. With a background in communications, hospitality, and large-scale event execution, she is known for her creative, people-first approach to building meaningful connections.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Olivia began her career in media production in New York City, where she developed a strong foundation in storytelling and audience engagement. Her passion for connecting people naturally evolved into curating dynamic events designed to bring communities together and create lasting memories.

Driven by a love for cultivating welcoming, vibrant environments, Olivia is excited to create thoughtfully designed experiences at Legacy that celebrate community, foster genuine connection, and make every resident feel truly at home.
